Syngenta Flowers Brings World-Class Genetics to Vietnam's Mekong Delta
Syngenta Flowers is set to showcase its innovative flower genetics at a groundbreaking show in Vietnam's Mekong Delta this December. The three-day event, hosted at the scenic Mien Tay Lodge in Sa Dec, will run from December 17-19, 2025, featuring over 120 varieties, including Sunfinity (Helianthus annuus), Zydeco (Zinnia), Apollo (Cosmos) and Bright Sparks (Celosia).

The location was strategically chosen for its climate, which mirrors the hot, humid conditions found in major Southeast Asian cities like Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, and Singapore. This environment provides the perfect testing ground for demonstrating the resilience and adaptability of Syngenta's flower genetics.

In a remarkable display of horticultural expertise, the team has successfully grown more than 46,000 seedlings for the event. This achievement is particularly noteworthy as it required extensive collaboration between Syngenta's technical specialists and local agronomists who were new to seed-based production.

Vietnam Sales Manager Triet Nguyen Le Minh has been instrumental in the project's success, providing daily oversight and support to the local growing team. Through dedicated technical monitoring and consistent communication, the team has overcome initial challenges to produce healthy, vibrant plants that will showcase the full potential of Syngenta Flowers genetics in Southeast Asian conditions.

Join us for this exclusive showcase: and get the opportunity to witness firsthand how these varieties perform in this local climate, opening new possibilities for flower production in the region!
