They work with our Document and Invoicing Team to make sure all the appropriate documentation (phytosanitary certificate, import permit, proforma invoice etc.) is completed so that orders can be diligently fulfilled. They also liaise with our Supply planners to ensure that our stock levels and future production align with ever-changing market demands and forecasted growth.
