Onze farms

Onze zaden en stekken worden geproduceerd op farms die zich in het beste klimaat bevinden. Onze belangrijkste farms bevinden zich in Afrika, Turkije en Guatamala. Zodra de stekken en zaden geproduceerd zijn, worden ze verscheept naar onze productielocatie voor jonge planten of rechtstreeks naar de telers. 

Naast de productie op deze sites, is er veel betrokkenheid bij het milieu en de omliggende gemeenschappen. Veel van onze farms vallen onder het GlobalG.A.P. certificaat. Ethiopia Cuttings

Ethiopia Cuttings was established in 2005 by Fisher and acquired by Syngenta in 2008. Today the farm covers 108 hectares where cuttings for Pelargonium and Mandevilla are produced. On a yearly basis, around 29 million Pelargonium cuttings and 48 million Mandevilla cuttings are produced for export. Interesting to know is that the site is supporting 30 orphanages and funds the food and school fees of vulnerable children.

Guatemala

In Guatemala we have three farms: Jardines Mil Flores, Florientes and Kapok Plantas. In the farms Jardines Mil Flores and Las Florientes seeds are produced of begonia, impatiens walleriana, petunia and more. The third farm in Guatemala is Kapok plantas and this is the productions site where cuttings are produced of Lantana, Calibrachoa, Petunia and Vebena. On a yearly basis around 56 million cuttings and 2,8 billion seeds are produced in Guatemala.To ensure the wellbeing of the employees the sites provide things like trainings, dental services...
