Leadership change in France
On June 2, Syngenta Flowers announced a leadership change in France next to the appointment of Denis Chevrollier as the Sales Unit Manager Europe, Africa, Middle East (EAME) East.
Benoît Marchand has accepted the role of Sales Manager France. “I am delighted to take on the responsibilities of Sales Manager France. With 15 years as a self-employed horticultural producer and four years in substrate Sales & Marketing, I believe to bring a complementary view of the market to the whole Syngenta Flowers team.” Benoît's previous experiences will be valuable assets ensring sales momentum in France while actively contributing to the European community.

Bruno Tourtiau will take on the role of Area Manager. This new position is created to bring decision-making closer to the field. With 20 years of commercial experience in agriculture and horticulture, Bruno will be a driving force in the French leadership. “I'm proud to be in charge of my sales team," he says. “Regular contact with my customers and my hands-on approach will enable me to support decisions for France in a pragmatic way.”
Syngenta Flowers’ Head of EAME, Olivier Clisson, is very pleased and proud to welcome them on board. “I’m delighted to see new driving forces within our commercial organization. I’m convinced the combined strengths of Benoît, a former grower and sales experienced leader in substrate, and Bruno, an excelling key account manager and natural leader, will bring our French ambition to the next level. I wish them all possible success in their new role.”
Both Benoît and Bruno will be delighted to meet you at the FlowerTrials, which will take place from 13 to 16 June at our young plant production site in De Lier (NL), and at our Syntech day in Burgundy, on Wednesday 28 June near Dijon.
