is the new Syngenta Flowers college providing services, trainings, tools and crop programs for making growers more successful. PaGE™
Plant and Grower Excellence PaGE™ is a school for growers, making them more successful in their business by providing services and trainings in all areas relevant to the flower business.
How does PaGE™ work?
PaGE™ is providing a personalized training and education program for growers and their organizations through enhancing knowledge, providing technical services in cultivation and related areas and by adding tools and programs to support the growers’ decisions by data and facts. Over time we will be building training modules for growers in various areas of the business like growing techniques, organization and/or Marketing and Sales. After a thorough company scan, where we together with the grower will evaluate the areas of highest training and education needs a personalized training program will be developed and implemented. Based on the input we have been receiving from growers so far we have identified several areas of interest and will continue building the PaGE™ program in close communication with our growers partners.
Areas of training possibilities are personal and intense support through our Technical Services and dedicated Controls Teams and lectures regarding:
- Diseases and Controls
- Temperature
- Fertilizer
- Technical equipment
- Irrigation • Climate
- Cultivation navigation (e.g. Plantelligenz™)
